I am working on a very large company is an office equipment and computer systems. Previously we had to work around a number of departments with these products. Technicians were asked to work on one kind of product. The management now wants all technicians working in a variety of products. I think it is unfair for customers. (Jack of all trades and master of none). Our technician / engineer is a great mix of different forces, experiences and skills.
