If you work all day trying to make a day out and have a Wednesday or something like that in this sense means the muscles have time to rebuild and tear themselvess "Ness" are cured and go back that way you can gain even more muscle .

golden rule for me is to take a day off after a hard workout. but you should at least half that time.
For example, playing football and what we practice will get 90 minutes every two days, and always try to at least half the time (45 minutes) to relax, because I have a busy schedule. They will not rest, so if you have a few good lines before and after training.
