Hello to all. I live in Florida, and I am renting an apartment was flooded. The floor of the apartment is carpeted. I called the landlord immediately and sent the relocation of water service, arrived within 2 hours. They have more fans and a dehumidifier. Now it's been 3 days and it smells terrible and the upholstery is still damp. The owner called and said that the insurance company has 3 weeks to decide to what extent that baseboards and carpets. The question is if the fans are not suitable. Is it safe to go back? (Mold)?
